Gloria A. Miller of Huntsville Alabama passed away peacefully on March 30, 2026 at the age of 89. She was born on July 2, 1936 in Shady Valley Tennessee to parents Aster and Carmie Miller. After graduating college in Bristol Tennessee with her teacher's certificate, she spent over 30 years doing what she loved, teaching grade school children.

She is survived by her first cousin Mae Crosswhite Brummitt, second cousin William Brummitt, second cousin Michael Brummitt and his wife Sharon and their children Lee and Curtis Brummitt. Per her wishes, in lieu of a gravesite service, she wishes to have a celebration of life ceremony Saturday April 11 at the Huntsville Christian Church, 171 Indian Creek Road starting at 1:00 PM.
