Grover Neal Welborn, 87, of Moulton passed on February 3, 2019.  Visitation will be at Elliott Brown-Service Funeral Home Tuesday February 5, from 6:00-9:00 pm.  Funeral service will be at the funeral home on Wednesday February 6, at 11:00 am with Wayne Bumgart and Mike Jackson officiating.  Burial will be at the Alexander Welborn Cemetery.

Mr. Welborn was born to Howard and Minnie Welborn on September 15, 1931.  He is preceded in death by his parents and wife, Sarah Faye Welborn.   He is a longtime member of Holy Church of Christ and Sunday School Teacher.

He is survived by his daughter, Anita and Farrell Williams, Grand daughter Crystal Williams-Hibbs and Dusty.  Great-grandchildren, Terah Hibbs and Trenton Hibbs.

Paul Bearers are Dusty Hibbs, Trent Hibbs, Roy Wayne McVay, Frank Kelsoe, Dexter Garrison, and Mark Yeager.
