Funeral services for Hazel L. Brown, 92 of Hartselle will be held Sunday, December 2 at 2PM in the chapel of Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home with Wendell Callahan officiating. Interment will follow in Johnson Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1PM until time of service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Brown was born January 4, 1926 in Morgan County to James Elbert Self and Edith Pauline Bridges Self. She passed away Wednesday, November 28 in Hartselle. She was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church, having joined in 1955.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband William Russell Brown; son Donnie Brown; brothers Roy Self and Robert Self; and sisters Idelene Singleton, Wilma Boger, and Edna Nafe.

She is survived by her sons Larry Brown and Harold Brown and wife Freda; and sisters Inez Borden and Eleanor Gouge.

Pallbearers will be Wayne Borden, Danny Borden, Rick Singleton, Darryl Terry, Dwain Self, and Bob Vaughan.
