Hazel Mae Coker Decatur
Funeral for Hazel Mae Coker, 78, of Decatur will be today at 2 p.m. at Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home with Nicky Pressnell and Chris Pressnell officiating and Chris Pressnell directing singing and Brandon Pressnell will hold the graveside service. Burial will be in Moulton Memory. Visitation will be two hours prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Coker, who died Friday, December 17, 2010, was born January 27, 1932, in Lawrence County to Roy and Eva White. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of Flint Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ted Coker and infant daughter Vicky.
Survivors include one son, Ricky Coker (Polly); two daughters, Deborah Pressnell (Nicky) and Shirley Hitt Coker; seven grandchildren, Chris Pressnell (Tera), Brandon Pressnell (Cindy), Chad Pressnell (Korie), Brooke Williams (Rick), Lucas Hitt, Brandy Hitt and Jessie Coker; nine great-grandchildren; one brother, Wayne White; one sister, Opal Frost and one sister-in-law, Stella White.
Pallbearers will be family.
