Heidi Harness, 71, was beloved by all who knew her.  But there was ONE who loved her more.  So, on January 30, 2018 the LORD wrapped His arms around her as she passed through the eastern gate.

She liked to crochet, kayak and go places in her RV.  She loved to shop, but most of what she bought was for others.  It was giving that gave her the most joy and it was a joyous life she lived.

She is survived by her husband, Chuck Harness; brother, Jerry (Teddy) Wolcott; sister, Charlotte (David) Fanning; daughter, Kimberly (Dennis) Henderson; son, Tom Henry; grandson, T. J.; great-granddaughter, Emma Lynn; and all the saints that gather at Cairo UMC and Elk View Church.

Her life will be remembered and celebrated at Cairo United Methodist Church on February 3, 2018 at 2 PM.  Elkins East Chapel is assisting the family.
