Helen Frederickson Hargett age 76 of Killen passed away Monday August 13, 2012. Services will be held private, but the family invites you to come visit with them Saturday August 18 at Elkins Funeral Home of Florence from 12-1:30pm in remembrance of Helen. Helen was born in Sheffield, a graduate of Sheffield High School and attended the University of North Alabama. Mrs. Hargett was preceded by her parents James and Hellen Frederickson and a son Ted Hargett. She is survived by her husband Ed Hargett. Two daughters, Cindy Thornton and husband Greg of Florence and Sandy Adams and husband Jerry of Dallas. Two brothers, Gordon Frederickson and wife Barbara of Atlanta and Bob Frederickson and wife Kathy of Decatur. Two grandchildren, Michelle Ellis and Valerie Adams. One great-grandchild, Jaxson Ellis.
