Helen L. Mitchell's Obituary
Helen Lorene Guyse Mitchell, age 83, died on December 19, 2009 at her residence.
Visitation will be Tuesday, Dec. 22nd from 12-1pm at Elkins Funeral Home in Florence, Alabama with funeral at 1pm in the chapel with Bro. John Brock officiating. Burial will follow in Tri Cities Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Mitchell was born in Florence, Alabama and is preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Lora Guyse, her sisters Evelyn Hunt, Nadine Fenn, Mildred Fenn, Margaret Keeton, Catherine Putnam, Shirley Morgan and her husband Dr. Jesse C. Mitchell.
Mrs. Mitchell is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Allen (Chuck), granddaughter Donnette Plant (Brian), grandsons David Adcock (April), Lewayne Allen and great-grandchildren Alexander and Brianna Plant.
