Mr. Skinner who died Thursday Sept. 9, 2016 was born on Sept. 5, 1961, in Texas to Therman Skinner and Mary Francis Corley McDaniel . He is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife; Kim I. Skinner, two daughters; Misty Daily (David), and Tabetha Walker (Joey), four grandchildren; Lake Woods, Gabby Walker, Lexi Daily, and Logan Walker, three brothers; Hugh Skinner, Clifford "Beaver" Skinner, and Joel Skinner (Patrice), two sisters; Danie Reeves (Steven), and Franzella Brown (Greg).
