Hope Nicole Laster, age 21, of Florence, died Sunday, August 1, 2010 from injuries received in an automobile accident.
Hope was a loving daughter and a loving, caring mother. She was a 2007 graduate of Rogers High School and a member of the Parkview Baptist Church, Tuscumbia. Hope was preceded in death by her sister Holly Laster and brother Joshua Laster.
The funeral service will be Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at the Underwood Baptist Church with the Revs. Jim Cummings, Donnie McDaniel and George Riddle officiating. Burial will follow in the Pettus Cemetery in Lexington. Visitation will be Tuesday night at Elkins Funeral Home, Florence, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Hope is survived by her daughter Holly Brooke McCrary, Florence; her parents Michael and Pam Laster, Florence; brothers Britt Laster and his wife Shannon, Tuscumbia, and Samuel Laster, Florence; nephews Cobin, Dathan, and Connor Laster; and aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Tyler Thigpen, Michael Thorn, Gene Jackson, Michael Coker, William Thomas, Logan Herston, and Gillus Carter.
