A celebration of life will be announced at a later day for Mr. McCallum, 91, of Decatur who passed away on May 9, 2024 at his residence.

He was born in Texas to Hubert G. McCallum Sr. and Beuna Mae Daisy. He was a retired civil engineer and his passion in life was building and construction.

He is Survived by his daughter  Kathy Smith, brother John McCallum, 3 Grandchildren Jennifer Merriman, Christopher Smith, Kaila Smith. 2 great grandchildren Cody Merriman and Brailey Cummings.
