Flint
Funeral service for Huey Jackson Norris 'Jack' will be in the Chapel of Ridout's Brown Service Funeral Home at 2 p.m. on January 23, 2012, with Brother Richie officiating. Burial will follow immediately at Roselawn Cemetery. Pallbearers will be members of Flint Baptist Church. Visitation will be just prior to the service, from 1 to 2 p.m.
Huey Jackson Norris passed away at home on January 21, 2012. He was born May 26, 1918 to David Daniel and Dezzie McClellan Norris. He retired from 3M and was a life long member of Flint Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Lurleen Norris Chunn.
He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Ethel S. Norris; son, Ronald 'Ronnie' Jackson Norris (Bonny); one niece; and one nephew.
In lieu of flowers, we suggest memorial donations be made to the
