Ida Mae Lang's Obituary
Ida Mae Lang, age 93 of Decatur, died Saturday August 7, 2010 at Decatur General Hospital.
Funeral services for Mrs. Lang will be on Wednesday August 11, 2010 at 2 pm in the chapel of Ridout''s Brown Service Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Huntsville Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on that day from 1pm until 2pm.
Mrs. Lang was born on March 18, 1917 to Hobart and Annie Johnson. She is preceded in death by one brother, Frank Wendell Lang.
Mrs. Lang is survived by her sons: Johnny D. Lang of Florida, Paul "Bud" Lang of Texas, Gary Wayne Lang of California, and Charles David Lang of Madison; her daughters, Linda Lang Lewis of Decatur, Julia Lang Brewer of Florida, Malea Lang Redish of Florida, and Angela Lang Jones of Georgia; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Greg, Chris, Jeff, and Danny Lang, Brandon Brewer, and Chase Jones.
Ridout''s Brown Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
