Jackie Thomas Creasy, 70, of Rogersville, Al died Monday, November 6th, 2023 at her residence. Visitation will be Friday, November 10, 2023 at 11:00AM-1:00 PM at Elkins East Chapel. Funeral services will follow in the chapel at 1:00 PM. Burial will be at North Carolina Church Cemetery in Killen, Al. Mrs. Creasy was preceded in death by her son, Christopher Boykin, parents Jo Ann and Buck Thomas, great grandchild, Trenton Fountain, nephew Scott Shook and brother in law Jake Canerday.  She is survived by her loving husband Phillip, her children, Samantha Parker and Teddy Boykin. Her sisters, Marsha, Pamala, Johnnie (Robert), and Annette (Greg) and a brother, Brandon (Tiffany).She had 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was an avid lover of the outdoors and especially horses. Pallbearers will be Todd Shook, Jackson Allen, Blake Newton, Buck Shook,  Chase Jones, Chad McCormick and Samuel McCormick. Honorary Pallbearers will be Shannon Creasy, Teddy Boykin and Jerry Canerday.
