James Michael Cobb, 66 of Killen, AL passed away on Friday, January 4, 2019.  He served as a deacon at Friendship Baptist Church and also served our country in the US Air Force.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 from 2-3:00 p.m. at Elkins East Chapel.  The funeral service will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev Dewayne Crumley officiating.  Burial will be in Mitchell Cemetery.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Polly Cobb; parents, James Boyd and Edith Nesmith Cobb.

Survivors include his daughters, Nicole Miller (Chris) and Carla Cobb; sister, Beverly Armitstead; grandson, Dalton Miller; nieces and nephews, Stephanie Armitstead, Jonathan Armitstead (Luci), Natalie Glass (Billy), Tonya Chandler (Joe), Taryn Baker (Josh), Tina Mardis (Joseph), Timmie Davis and April McGee.

Friends and Family will serve as pallbearers.
