Funeral for James "Jim" Walter Hood, 57, of Russellville will be Freiday, September 12, 2008 at 2:00pm at Elliott Funeral Home, with Rev. James W. Nicholson and Bro. John Barton officiating. Burial will be in Heflin Cemetery. Family will receive friends, Friday, September 12, from 1:00 until 2:00 pm at the funeral home. Mr Hood who died Sunday, September 7, 2008 at his residence, was born August 17, 1951 in Lawrence County to James and Sula Hood. He is survived by his wife, Joan Hood of Russellville, one daughter, Linda Campos and husband Daniel of Ill.; one brother, Carles Hood and wife Brenda of Decatur ; one sister, Jenett Hood of Russellville; one grandson, Ryan Campos; 5 nieces and nephews, Megan Hood, Melissa Dutton, Cheri Burage, Daniel Dutton and Adam Dutton
