James Harold LeMaster of Florence passed away at North Alabama Medical Center on November 26, 2023. He was born in Tuscaloosa on August 27, 1949.

James is survived by his loving wife of 44 years Anita Sharp LeMaster, son James Harold "Josh" LeMaster, Jr., brothers Kenneth (Lucy) and Sam (Sue) LeMaster and several cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Hannah Elizabeth LeMaster, and parents Harold M. LeMaster and Lucy F. Malone.

James was a kindhearted man, and possessed a witty sense of humor. He was a practicing attorney, a U.S. Air Force veteran, and an Eagle Scout. He was a 1968 graduate of T.M. Rogers High School in Greenhill, Lauderdale County, and earned his bachelor's degree from the University of North Alabama. He enjoyed a wide variety of music, literature, and Alabama football and basketball. James will certainly be missed.

A memorial service will be held at a future date.
