James Piper Hazel Green Funeral for James Piper, 53, of Hazel Green will be today, August 15, 2012, at 2 p.m. at Ridout's Brown-Service Chapel with Bobby Eads officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Mr. Piper passed away Sunday, August 12, 2012, at UAB. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Hazel Green. His father, William A. Piper, preceded him in death. He was loved and will be missed. Survivors include his wife, Brenda Piper; one son, Isaac Piper; his mother, Elizabeth A. Piper; two brothers, Steven Piper and Michael Piper; and five sisters, Kathy Bonds, Julie Carpenter, Krissy Drinkall, Jennifer Lartigue and Susanne Cooley.
