James Louis Tyler, age 81, of Trinity, passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2017. Funeral Service will be 2:00 pm on Sunday March 26, at Elliott's Brown Service Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at East Lawrence Memorial Gardens with Military Honors. Mr. Tyler retired from the Army National Guard after 27 years of honorable service. Visitation will be Saturday night March 25 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. He married Nell Randolph Tyler on December 5, 1959.
He is survived by his wife Nell Tyler, Son: Anthony "Pinky" Tyler (Janice), daughter: Paula Moody (Matt), Two grandsons: Tyler Moody, and Brody Moody. Granddaughters: Kelly Fuller, Brittney Gillespie. Great grandchildren Lane, Alliebrooke and Ryan.
Mr. Tyler Loved to spend time with his family and friends. He also loved to deer hunt. He attended Lebonon Church of God. .
