James V. "Vic" Crandall Sr., age 84, of Tishomingo, MS., died Monday, September 28, 2009 after a brief illness. Vic, formerly of Spruce Pine, AL., was a cattle and dairy farmer. He was born in Adrian, MI. in 1925.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Frank and Zada Collard Crandall, one brother; John Crandall, and two sisters; Frances Webster Baker and Louise Mize Hayden.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years; Murial S. Crandall, two sons; Jim and wife Cookie Crandall of Florence, Hal Crandall and wife Debbie of Tishomingo, MS., and one daughter; Charolotte Rushing and husband Gary of Bear Creek, AL., Grandchildren; Kim Adams and husband Jim, Michelle Wisdom and husband David, Jason Crandall and wife Michelle, Shaun Rushing and wife Tara, Jason Russell and Jeremy Wilson and wife Shrea. Great-grandchildren; Christopher and Victoria Browder, Mason, Hunter and Rachel Crandall, and John Tyler Rushing. Four Nieces and two nephews.
A private family memorial service will be held at God''s House of Simple Faith in Tishomingo, MS.
