Graveside service for Janie Dotson George, 47, of Decatur will be Thursday, December 17, 2009, at 2 p.m. at Burningtree Memorial Gardens wtih the Rev. Lathaniel Sherrill officiating and Ridout''s Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. George passed away Saturday, Dec. 12, 2009, in Phoenix, Ariz. She was born April 11, 1962, in Cullman to Sam and Jeanette Dotson. Survivors include one daughter, Sarah Nikki Vazquez and her husband, Hector; two sons, Arron Maxwell and CT; two brothers, Doyle Dotson and Shane Dotson; three sisters, Kay Rackley, Ethel Hayes and Cindi Morgan. She was a beloved grandmother to her Pride and Joy, her four grandchildren, Tanner, Gracie, Addison and Aiden Vazquez. Pallbearers will be nephews.
