Jean Sivley Speakman Finley Decatur
Graveside service for Jean Sivley Speakman Finley, 80, of Decatur will be Tuesday, December 14, 2010, at 11 a.m. at Center Springs Methodist Church Cemetery on Upper River Road with the Rev. Don L. Brown officiating. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home.
Mrs. Finley, who died Saturday, December 11, 2010, at her residence, was born December 19, 1929, in Memphis, Tenn., to Golden O. and Ruth Sivley. She was a member of Flint Baptist Church for 30 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur L. "Will" Finley.
Survivors include one daughter, Deborah Cofield and Roy; two sons, Larry Speakman and Donna and Carl Speakman and Maria; one stepson, Kenneth Finley and Barbara; two sisters, Doris Abernathy and Bobbie Anderson; three brothers, Edward Sivley, William Sivley and John Sivley; 15 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The family request that donations be made to Flint Baptist Church Building Fund in memory of Mrs. Finley.
