Jeanne Loreen Mongomery, 87, passed from this life on April 19, 2014. She was the first of 12 children born to Otto and Annabelle (Trost) Schaffer on August 16, 1926, near Cincinnati, Ohio.
She is survived by her husband Quilton Montgomery. Her step family includes
daughter, Priscilla Tudor; granddaughter, Cari Nantz; grandson, Matthew (Grace) Tudor; great-granddaughter, Casey Banks; and great-grandson, Dax Tudor. Grandson Eric Rutherford preceded her to heaven.
Jeanne was a long time member of New Burlington Church of Christ in Ohio where she played the organ. She was also active in Vacation Bible School and Women's Groups.
Visitation for Mrs. Montgomery will be Tuesday, April 22, 2014, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Elliott Funeral Home in Moulton, Ala. Funeral service will be held at Paul R. Young Funeral Home in Mount Healthy, Ohio. Burial will be in Arlington Memorial Gardens Cemetery
