Decatur Jerry Roberts, 68, of Decatur, who died Saturday, January 24, 2015 at his home, was born on October 9, 1946, in Blount County, AL to Wade & Winnie Louise Roberts. Funeral service will be Thursday, January 29, 2015 at Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home at 2 p.m. with Dr. John D. Bain officiating. Visitation will be from 12:30 to 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be Roselawn Cemetery.
He is survived by three sons, Lee Roberts, Robert McKibbin and Roger Braunlin; one daughter, Angle Kent; one brother, Barry Roberts; 13 grandchildren and one great-grandson.
