Jimmy Ray "Bodie" Aldridge Sr., 59, of Killen, passed away on Sunday, January 6, 2019.

Visitation will be 1-2 PM Wednesday, January 9, 2019, at Elkins Funeral Home of Florence.  Funeral services will follow at 2 PM in the chapel with Jonathan Johnson officiating.  There will be a private graveside service for immediate family following the services.

He was preceded in death by his father, James (Jim) Aldridge. Bodie is survived by his children, Jimmy Aldridge (Brooke), Robert Aldridge (Taylor), and Brianna Aldridge; mother, Louise Aldridge; brother, Mark Aldridge (Quenna); sisters, Vicky Hardy and Carol Aldridge; sister-in-law, Terri Waldrip; brother-in-law, Ken Waldrip; nephews and nieces, Tandy Aldridge (Shauanna), Tanner Aldridge, Becky Hardy, Hunter Aldridge, Maddox Aldridge, Chase Waldrip, and Blake Waldrip.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Aldridge, Robert Aldridge, Hunter Aldridge, Ken Waldrip, Chase Waldrip, and Blake Waldrip.

Bodie was a contractor for Mark Aldridge Construction. He loved his children more than anything. In his spare time, Bodie loved grilling and being outside.
