Funeral for Jimmy Wayne Higdon, 56, of Decatur will be today, Feb. 9, 2007, at 11 a.m. at Ridout''s Brown Service Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Hal Daigre officiating. Burial will be in New Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be today from 9 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Higdon died Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2007, at his residence. He was born May 27, 1949, in Morgan County to Claude Higdon Sr. and Pearl Moses Higdon. Survivors include two daughters, Debbie Flores of Arizona and Kristi Crow of Hartselle; three brothers, Claude Higdon and his wife, Brenda, of Decatur, Jackie Higdon and his wife, Bonnie, of Hartselle and Lloyd Higdon and his wife, Carol, of Decatur; one sister, Linda Higdon of Hartselle; and three grandchildren. Pallbearers will be friends and family.
