Joan Marie Pero (Sibley), 72, of Florence, Alabama, passed away on 7 December, 2022.

Joan was born on February 9th, 1950 to Leo Roy Sibley and Mary Charlotte Sibley in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

She was the youngest of 6.

Joan had many jobs in her lifetime and equally as many hobbies. She loved crafting, gardening, writing poetry, sewing and playing board games and cards.

Joan was predeceased by both her mother and father and one sister. She leaves behind a son and a daughter, three grandchildren, a sister and three brothers who loved her very much.

Joan was a follower of Christ Jesus, a loved daughter, a devoted sister, a loving mother and grandmother and a caring friend to many in her lifetime.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
