Jonnie Fay Dugger passed away Sept. 24, 2008, at Decatur General Hospital. She was born Feb. 17, 1935, in Phil Campbell to Oscar Y. Dugger and Jessie Pearl Hipp-Dugger. She graduated from Decatur High School in 1952, and spent 30 years of her adult life living in Thomasville, Ga. Ms. Dugger is survived by a son, Charles Wiley of Toney; three grandchildren, Jason Wiley and Christie Wiley Johnson, both of Moulton, and Jacob Wiley of Decatur; three greatgrandchildren, Dusty Wiley, Sarah Wiley and Dylan Turner; and two sisters, Bobbie Thompson and Shelby Norton. All services for Ms. Dugger will be private at her request. The family asks that you please sign the online guest book at Decaturdaily.com.
