Funeral for Joseph "Joe"Paul Jenkins, 78, of Caddo will be on Saturday August 19, 2017 at Ridout''s Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 PM. The family will have a visitation from 11:00 until service time at the funeral home with Brother Richard Garlen officiating and Robert Bates performing Masonic graveside rites. Burial will be in Roselawn cemetery.

Mr. Jenkins was born on March 19, 1939 in Jonesboro Arkansas. He was a Army Veteran and retired from Calhoun College. He was a past master of Rising Sun Masonic Lodge #29, past district lecture and Chairman of Committee on work. Past President of Northwest Proficiency Club; Charter member and past President of Caddo Midway fire department; Member of Caddo United Methodist Church; 8er''s of Decatur square dance club and River city "A''s" in Decatur. Member of Echota Cherokee Tribe.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years Barbara Jenkins, Son Phillip Lee Jenkins and wife Margie, Daughter Paula White and Husband David. Grandchildren Sarah Lindsey, Brandi Morgan, Matthew Jenkins, Jessica Jenkins. Great Grandchildren Aiden Early and Kaydee Lindsey

Pallbearers will be Buehl Rusk, Richard Jenkins, Michael Jenkins, Matthew Jenkins, Tim Ricketts, and Joey Runager. Honorary Pallbearers will be Mason''s
