Funeral service for Joyce M. Pettus Watson, 65, Decatur will be Friday Dec. 29, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home with Norma Dempsey officiating. Burial will be at East Lawrence Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Ms. Watson who died Dec. 24, 2017 at her home, was born on March 8, 1952, in Morgan County to Thomas W. McGee and Estelle Massey McGee. She was retired from Dunlop in Madison, AL.
She is survived by her husband; Bobby Watson of Decatur, daughter; Cindy Bryan and husband Robert of Cullman, three step-children; Antoney Watson, Mechelle Burcham and Brandi Lewter and husband Mike, four brothers; Bill McGee and wife Mary, Phillip Robinson and Bryan Steele and wife LeAnn, and Petey Steele. two sisters; Brenda Morgan and Kat Woods and husband Mike, four grandchildren; Justin, Breana and husband Jorden, Tabetha and Allison and one great-grandchild; Wyatt.
