Judy Weems Chambers, 73, of Decatur died Saturday, July 21, 2012. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 24, 2012, from 1-2 PM at Elkins East Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 2 PM in the Chapel with Al Earls officiating. Burial will be at Barkley-White Cemetery. Judy was preceded in death by James Weems in 1994 and Carl Chambers. Judy is survived by daughters Terri Painter, Tamsie Earls (Al), and Tracy Carey (Jeff); three sisters Anne Wright, Faye Howard, and Glenda Cox; brother Horace Burns; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild; step-daughters Carla Scruggs, Diane Gray, Carrie Hardaway, Sharon Bolin, and Fredia Landers.
