Graveside service for Judy Elizabeth Usher Hale, 68, of Decatur will be Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2009, at 2 p.m. at East Lawrence Memorial Gardens with Ridout''s Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Hale died Saturday, Jan. 3, 2009, at her home. She was born July 22, 1940, in Parrish to Zebbie Joe and Beatrice L. Usher. She had lived in Decatur since 1974. Survivors include her husband, John E. Hale Jr.; one daughter, Rhonda Jo Palladino of Decatur; two sons, Robert A. Hale Sr. and wife, Susie, of Moulton and John Edward Hale and wife, SueAnne, of Laurel, Md.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
