Funeral services for Kathleen "Kat" Blankenship, 56 of Moulton will be Friday, April 5 at 2PM in the chapel of Elliott Brown-Service Funeral Home with the Rev. Barry Carter officiating. Interment will follow in Fergason Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:30PM until time of service at the funeral home.

Ms. Blankenship was born April 15, 1962 in Lafayette, IN to Gene and Sue Bass. She passed away April 2, 2019 at North Alabama Medical Center. She was a member of Harmony Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her mother Sue Bass.

She is survived by daughters Kelsey Blankenship, Kierstan Blankenship, Kaitlyn Blankenship, and Karlie Davis and husband Austin; father Gene Bass; brother Jeff Bass and wife Ramona; grandchildren Jayda Gholston, Isaak Gholston, Jayden Pointer, and C.J. Pointer; and special friend Kenneth Sanford.
