Funeral for Kenneth R. Ault, 85, from Town Creek will be Friday , November 9, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Providence Baptist Church, with Rev. Mark Wakefield and Rev. Bertis Ray officiating. Burial will be at Providence Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday 6-8 at Elliott Funeral Home. Mr. Ault, who dies Tuesday, November 6, 2012, was born July 2, 1927 in Knoxville, TN to Henry Ault and Ruth Hill Ault. Mr. Ault served in the US Navy for 13 years. He was a member of Labor Local 366 and employed at Reynolds Metals for 30 years. He was a member of Providence Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon until his death. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Campbell Ault; his parents and two brothers, William Ault and Charles Ault. He is survived by Uncle, Charlie Ault of Knoxville, TN; brother-in-laws, John Campbell (Joyce) and Ray Campbell, all of Town Creek and Eugene Patterson of Decatur; Sister-in-laws Joyce Campbell Moore (Gary), of Montgomery , Marcilla Campbell Weems (Don), of Decatur, Dot Ault & Billie Perkins, both of Knoxville, TN .; several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Roger Parker, Larry Patterson, Jeffrey Campbell, Jordan Sprinkle, Doug Shumake and Julian Bell. Honorary Pallbearers will be deacons of Providence Baptist Church and former pastor Rev. Milton Burks.
