Larry F. Davis, 80, of Rogersville died Monday, November 14, 2022, at his residence.

Visitation will be Thursday, November 17, 2022, 5-8 PM at Elkins East Chapel. Funeral services will be Friday, November 18, 2022, at 11 AM at Springfield Cumberland Presbyterian Church and will lie in state from 10-11 AM. Rev. Kenny Morgan and Rev. Ray Lathem will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Springfield Cemetery.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Lendon A. and Mona Eloise Bailey Davis.

He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Jimmie Lou Davis; children, Shane Davis (Jana), Terry Miller (John), and Paul Davis (Dena); grandchildren, Matthew Weigart (Jessica), Alex Davis, Payton Davis (Lindsey), Madison Davis, Hannah Miller (Andy Crowden), Kyle Davis, and Aiden Davis; great grandchildren, Kohen Weigart, Devin Weigart, McKenzie Davis, Emma Davis, Mackenzie Hale, and Baylee Hale.

Larry was a graduate of Lexington High School. He was the former owner and operator of Big Star Lexington. He was an active member of the Lexington Fire and Rescue. He loved his Lexington community. He was an active member and Elder of Springfield Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

Pallbearers will be his loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.
