Larry James Sparks' Obituary
Larry James Sparks passed away on Thursday, February 12,2009.
A visitation will be on Saturday, February 14,2009 from 11:00 to 12:00 at Elkins Funeral Home, with a graveside service to follow at 12:30 at Tri - Cities Memorial Gardens .
Mr. Sparks was a dispatcher for Florence Police Department for many years.
He was preceded in death by his parents Paul and Esther Sparks.
He is survived by a uncle James Edward Vessel and several cousins, and caregiver and friend, Kay Poole and Kelly Quill.
