Laura spent a lot of her childhood in Waynesboro Tennessee, where she was born. She graduated 1958
from Lemon Monroe High School.,Monroe, Ohio. She was a very accomplished lady having finished school of cosmetology in the 60s attending with her mother.
She was selected by the governor of Tennessee to become an inspector of cosmetology in the 70s. She then continued an education at
Northwest Alabama State Junior College graduating in 1985 with an associates degree in nursing. She went on to enjoy a 30+ year nursing career at
Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital. She was a resident of Lauderdale County for the last 39 years and adored all of her church family members at the
Killen Church of Christ in Killen Alabama. Most importantly she loved the Lord and she carried Him in her heart with her every interaction.
She was truly a beautiful Christian lady inside and out, always making people feel welcomed and loved.
She will be truly missed by all her precious family & friends.... we will meet again in Heaven!
