Lenvil Dale Messer, Sr. 83 of Rogersville, AL passed away on Saturday, June 26, 2021.  Visitation will be held on Monday, June 28, 2021 from 12-2:00 p.m. at Elkins East Chapel.  The funeral service will follow in the chapel at 2:00 p.m.. Interment will be in Liberty Grove Cemetery.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Messer; parents, Frank and Vernie Messer; brothers, Darrell, G.H. and Harvey Messer; sisters, Thelma Painter, Christine Reed and Helen Hambright.

Survivors include his sons, Dale Messer, Jr. and Thomas Messer; daughters, Gail Watkins (Phillip) and Kimberly Randolph (Kevin); grandchildren, Chasity Watkins, Savannah Watkins, Krysten Foust, Nicholas Foust, Olivia Randolph, Austin Messer, Felicia Messer and Amber Messer; great-grandchildren, Loralei Head, Silas Messer, Everly Holden, Elijah White, Noah White, Annabelle White, Adalyn Gooch and Haven Gooch; brother, Eddie Messer; sister, Fran Messer and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Phillip Watkins, Kevin Randolph, Nicholas Foust, Austin Messer, Allen Hambright, Thomas Messer, Dale Messer, Jr. and Curtis Sherrer
