Mrs. Lillian J. Marshall, 93, of Florence, AL, passed away Monday, March 30, 2009. A memorial service will be Friday, April 3, 2009 at 11:00 am at the Church of the Good Shepherd. Pastor Perry Toso will officiate.
Mrs. Marshall was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Marshall, two brothers; Alvin and Lloyd Litsheim.
Mrs. Marshall is survived by her daughter, Donna Sather (Carl), son, David Marshall (Cheryl) four grandchildren, Michael Sather, Jennifer Sather, Hannah Marshall and Noah Marshall.
She was an active member of The Church of the Good Shepherd and of North Wood Methodist Church goodwill senior citizen group. She was a charter member of Midvale Lutheran Church in Madison, WI. She graduated from Lodi High School in Lodi, WI. Mrs. Marshall''s late Husband Douglas Marshall was a professor at the University of Wisconsin in Rural Sociology.
