Linda Faye Barnett, 77, of Lexington died Saturday, July 5, 2025, at NAMC.

The family will receive friends and family on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at Elkins East Chapel from 11 AM to 1 PM. Funeral service will be at 1 PM in the chapel with Bro. Greg Dial officiating. The burial will be at Center Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Barnett was a member of Center Hill Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Coleman Barnett; parents, Carlis and MaryEllen Nix.

Mrs. Barnett is survived by her children, Tammy Akins and Barry Barnett (Tina); grandchildren, Aaron Akins, Chantry Barnett (Marion), and Eli Pope; brother, Donnie Nix (Wanda); aunt, Patricia Weaver.
