Linda Delano Patterson age 74 of Lexington passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2014. Graveside services, will be held at Portertown Cemetery in Lexington on Thursday, December 18, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. No public visitation.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Jackson Patterson.

Linda was survived by her sons; Randy Jack Patterson and wife Carole, Richard Delano Patterson and Barbie and Daniel Patterson. Three sisters; Polly Alexander and husband Lawerance, Jo Patterson and husband Olan, and Judy Sparks. Brother; F.P. "Sonny" Delano and wife Brenda. Eight grandchildren and Six great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Patterson loved the Lord Jesus. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She raised her three boys before she started her career as a nurse. She attended the University of Alabama in Huntsville, UNA and Vanderbilt, earning her Master''s degree in nursing. She was the nurse Educator and head nurse of the Hospital and 5th west floor nurse for many years at ECM. She will be missed by all her family, friends and all that knew her.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
