Funeral for Lois King Cartee, 76, of Town Creek will be Friday, May 27, 2011, at noon at Elliott Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Ashley officiating. Burial will be in Old Liberty Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Survivors include her husband, Paul Cartee; two sons, Counsel O. Latham Jr. and William Latham; two daughters, Janice Stanford and Brenda Latham; nine grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her beloved brothers, Odis Cox, McKinley Cox and Elijah Cox.
