Louis "Terry" Franklin McClellan,51, of Decatur will Have a visitation on Friday June 12, 2020 at Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home from 4:00 until 6:00 PM in the Chapel. Mr. McClellan served in 2 branches of the service, from 1988 until 1991 he served in the Navy as a "Sea Bee". Thru Desert Storm he then joined the Marine Corp. 1992 until 1996.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years Tracy McClellan, They had three daughters Ryann, Samantha, Shelbie and two granddaughters Riley and Peyton, Sister Elizabeth (Jason) Grapes. He has several nieces and nephews. He was very family oriented and was well loved.
