Funeral for Louwilla Hodges Richardson, 85, of Decatur will be on Friday February 16, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Ridout's Brown-Service funeral home with Mark Posey officiating and burial at Roselawn Cemetery. The visitation will be on Thursday from 4:30 PM until 7:00 PM at the funeral home.

She was born in Limestone county and was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ in Decatur. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert E. Richardson, her parents Luther and Edna Hodges, brother Luther Hodges Jr. , and grandson Jared Richardson.

She is survived by her six children Teresa Wells, Vickie Casteel (Milton), Robin Williams(Charles). Robert Richardson Jr.,  Roger Richardson (Jessica), Barry Richardson.

Brothers Glen Hodges (Cheryl), Gayron Hodges (Sandra), Jimmy Hodges, sister Sybil Reeves.

Grandchildren Shauna Franklin (Terry), Cody Wells (Lezlie), Cory Wells (Kelly), Heidi Bearden (Doug), Alex Casteel (Heather), Rachel Oittinen (Christian), Sarah Betterton (Joey), Jason Williams (Robin), Joshua Williams, Jessica Novalis (John0, Brittney Franks (Tyler), Haley Richardson, Kylie Bowen.
