Lucille Evans Hayes, 89, of Florence died Wednesday, November 30, 2016, at Glenwood Center.

Visitation will be Saturday, December 3, 2016, 11 AM to 1 PM at Central Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 1 PM. Burial will be at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. Elkins Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Mrs. Hayes was a longtime member of Central Baptist Church. She loved her family and was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved the Lord and strived to always help others in need, she was a wonderful Christian role model for all who knew her and was one of the most unselfish and giving individuals you would ever meet. She will surely be missed.

Mrs. Hayes was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Hayes; son, Terry Hayes; son-in-law, Ronnie Brewer; great grandson, Landon Clemmons; three brothers and two sisters.

Mrs. Hayes is survived by a daughter, Donna Brewer; two sons, Randy Hayes (Carolyn) and Jeff Hayes; daughter-in-law, Donna Gail Hayes; grandchildren, Sabrina Davis (Dale), Kacy Clemmons (Brad), Ashley Bunch (Robbie), Chad Brewer (Deidra), Crystal Littrell (Thad), Justin Hayes (Betsy), Kira Brown (Mahlon); great-grandchildren, Will Davis, Brannon May, Hayden and Darby Clemmons, Preslie and Jackson Bunch, Brooklyn and Blayden Brewer, Caden Wicks, Cayley and Crissy Littrell, and Saylor and Davie Hayes.

Pallbearers will be Dale Davis, Brad Clemmons, Robbie Bunch, Chad Brewer, Thad Littrell, Justin Hayes, and Mahlon Brown.
