Funeral for Lula Stewart Hill, 85, of Decatur will be Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2008, at 11 a.m. at Ridout''s Brown-Service Funeral Home with her nephew, the Rev. Chris Hill and the Rev. Kenny Baskins offiiciating. Burial will be in Decatur City Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home. Mrs. Hill died Saturday, Dec. 6, 2008. She was born June 6, 1923, in Tanner to Robert Jackson Stewart and Virgie Tribble Stewart. Her husband, George Hill, preceded her in death. She is survived by one daughter, Ann Bentley and her husband, Jim, of Athens; two grandchildren, Jennifer Casselman and her husband, Brad, of Sterrett and David Bentley and his wife, Kristen, of Decatur; and one great-granddaughter, Delaney Casselman. Pallbearers will be David Bentley, Mike Hill, Richard Kornis, Brad Casselman, Jerone Stewart and Jack Watson.
