Grandsons and great-grandsons will serve as pallbearers, and granddaughter and great-granddaughters will serve as honorary pallbearers.

Mable Wallace was a member of Killen Church of Christ. She lived to serve others, and her house was a revolving door where welcome was more than a word on the mat. She was called Granny by many who knew her hospitality firsthand. More than anything else, people far and wide fondly remember her famous sugar cookies.

Her life is best summarized in the words of Proverbs 31:10. "Who can find a virtuous woman? For her price is far above rubies."

The family would like to extend a special thank you to many friends for their thoughtfulness and kindnesses; among those are Gentiva Hospice, the ladies class at Killen Church of Christ; and the caregivers at Keestone Assisted Living.
