Funeral for Madgie Irene "Tot" Staggs 86 from Decatur will be Friday at 2:00 PM at Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dan Compton officiating and burial will be at Roselawn Cemetery. The visitation will be from 12:30 until 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Mrs. Staggs was born on May 19, 1932 to John F. Raper and Luvercy F. Nesmith and passed away on Tuesday November 13, 2018 at Decatur Morgan Hospital.

She is preceded in death by her brother John Franklin Raper, sister Ruby Jewel Raper and her Husband David Ray Staggs.

She is survived by Daughters Linda Garrison (Johnny), Sharron Acker (Russell), Debbie Speakman (Kirk). Brothers Larry Raper (Sandra) Garry Raper (Linda). Grandchildren Michelle Walker, David Garrison, Jonathan Speakman, Brittany Jones, Zack Speakman, Taylor Acker. Great Grandchildren Makayla, Emma Grace, Wiley, Tucker, Annie, Peyton, Willow, Mason.
