MOULTON - Funeral for Mae Bell Hood, 80, of Moulton will be Friday May 20, 2016 at 12:00 at Loosier Church of Christ with Charles Dickens and Francis Proctor officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery with Elliott Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends Friday from 10:30 a.m.to 12:00 at Loosier Church of Christ.
Mrs. Hood died Tuesday, May 17, 2016. She was born Aug. 20, 1935, in Mississippi to James "Henry" Moore and Lois Curly. She was the mother of the late Brian K. Hagood and Virginia (Hagood) Romine.
Survivors include four sons, William C. Hagood of Bessemer, Gary Hagood of Jacksonville, Fla., Steve Hagood of Florence and William G. Hagood Jr. of Hatton; two daughters, Carolyn Hagood of Virginia Beach, Va., and Janet Hagood of Hillsboro; 14 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
