Margaret Ellen Mixon, 97, of Huntsville died Monday September 14, 2015. Funeral Mass will be Monday, September 14, 2015 at 10 a.m. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church with Father Michael MacMahon officiating.
A Prayer Service will be held Sunday, September 13, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at the Church. Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home of Decatur will be directing.
A graveside service will be held Friday, September 18, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Arlington Memorial Park Cemetery in Jacksonville, FL. Father Steven Zehler will officiate.
Margaret was born February 28, 1918 in Brazil, IN to John and Gladys Hudson. She was a member of the Holy Spirit Parish.
She is survived by two sons; John Mixon and wife, Linda of Palm Beach Gardens, FL and George Mixon and wife, Anne of Huntsville, three grandchildren; Joni Lynne Mixon, Kelly Backer and Courtney Cummings; one great-granddaughter, Katherine Cummings.
