Graveside service for Mar garet Watson Childers, 72, of Decatur will be Saturday, June 28, 2008, at 11 a.m. at Roselawn Cemetery with the Rev. Bonnie Sims officiating and Ridout's Brown Service Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home. Mrs. Childers, who died Wednesday, June 25, 2008, was born Oct. 23, 1935, in De catur to Kelley and Ina Mae Watson. She graduated from the 1953 class of Decatur High School, then spent the next 25 years as a home maker, raising her three be loved children. She worked for the next 20 years as the receptionist/office manager for the late Dr. William "Bud" Bryan at Bryan Ani mal Clinic on Stratford Rd. After retiring in 1998, she spent the rest of her life en joying her family and her precious grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Martha Watson and Melonae Sims. Survivors include her hus band of 52 years, Alvin C. Childers; one son, Keith B. Childers of Tracy, Calif.; two daughters, Johanna Chil ders and Cassandra Moye and her husband, Andy, both of Decatur; two grand children, Brandon M. Moye and Emily T. Moye, both of Decatur; and two sisters, Ra venna Childers and her hus band, Howard, of Hartselle and Nan Knight of Decatur. Pallbearers will be Rocky Bankester, Hershell Clem ons, Kyle Merritt, Ricky Moye, Gilbert Thrasher and Jeremy Wright. Memorials may be made to the Michael J. Fox Founda tion for
